Jersey City, NJ – Woman Critically Hurt in Pedestrian Crash at John F Kennedy Blvd & Communipaw Ave

Jersey City, NJ (February 12, 2023) – On Friday night, February 10, a pedestrian was critically injured in a traffic accident in Jersey City. 

The crash took place at the corner of John F. Kennedy Boulevard and Communipaw Avenue at around 7:45 p.m. Local reports indicated that authorities found a 39-year-old Jersey City woman hurt at the scene. She was transported to Jersey City Medical Center in critical condition. 

The woman was reportedly hit by a driver who proceeded to flee the scene. A suspect vehicle was later found by authorities, but no further updates have been made public at this time.
