Attorney Rebecca A. Sweeney, Esq.

As an Associate with Spear Greenfield, Rebecca A. Sweeney is a dedicated personal injury attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Rebecca has committed her professional career to personal injury, because she believes in justice being served through providing injury victims with quality legal representation. Rebecca prides herself on her ability to fiercely represent her client’s best interests, because she recognizes the challenges an injury will cause in her clients’ lives. She strives to hold negligent parties responsible and reach the best outcomes for her clients.

Rebecca is experienced in every stage of litigation and makes the effort to provide her clients with necessary insights in an easily understandable manner. Another strength she possesses is her familiarity with insurance companies, which assists her in advising her clients and communicating with insurance companies on behalf of her clients.

Rebecca began her legal journey while pursuing her bachelor’s degree at La Salle University. Her primary studies were Sociology and Criminal Justice, which illuminated how the law can impact someone’s life in unanticipated ways. In the summer before her senior year at La Salle, she had the privilege to be a judicial intern at the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. Although she was born and raised in New York, Rebecca decided to stay in Philadelphia to obtain her J.D. from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law. In addition to her demanding academic curriculum at Temple, she held several leadership roles in student organizations, spent her summers working for personal injury firms, and graduated as a Fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society for her dedication to public service.

Rebecca currently resides in the Philadelphia area. During her free time, she enjoys music, art, and taking care of her collection of houseplants.
