Michael A. Delaney, Esq.
Michael A. Delaney is an associate attorney with the firm. Mr. Delaney obtained his Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University and his Juris Doctorate from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Delaney was a member of the Moot Court Board and a student-lawyer in the school’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Delaney immediately began his career representing injured clients. Originally from Harrisburg, he returned to his hometown to work at a law firm that represents clients in both Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation litigation. Since joining the firm, he has handled every aspect of preparing a case for trial, including depositions, arbitrations and securing the proper expert witnesses. In addition, he routinely appears in discovery court on behalf of the firm, to assure that defendants are fully and timely responding to discovery requests and appearing for deposition. Mr. Delaney believes a client-focused approach helps assure clients that he and the firm are fighting to get them fully and fairly compensated for their injuries and other damages.
During his free time, Mr. Delaney enjoys cooking, spending time at the shore and visiting his family.
