Associate

Michael A. Pungitore is an associate and trial attorney with the firm.  Mr. Pungitore obtained his Bachelor Degree from Saint Joseph’s University and his Juris Doctorate from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law.  After completing his undergraduate studies, he quickly realized his competitive drive was not satisfied by merely working in the four corners of an office and directed all of his focus to become a skilled trial attorney.  While attending Law School, Mr. Pungitore participated in Temple University’s Nationally recognized integrated trial advocacy program.

From the time he graduated from law school until today, Mr. Pungitore has concentrated his practice on personal injury litigation.  Notably, he previously worked as a civil defense attorney, defending clients in a wide variety of injury cases including Mass Tort, Products Liability and Premises Liability.  As a result, he possesses a valuable perspective from both sides of the bar.  Currently, he focuses his practice in the areas of property and motor vehicle liability, with a special focus on preparing cases for trial.  As a dedicated trial attorney, he fights to ensure that his clients receive maximum compensation for their injuries and other damages.  As a result, Mr. Pungitore has successfully obtained awards on behalf of clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In his free time, Mr. Pungitore enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, attending local sporting events and dining at the great restaurants in the area.
