Michael G. Spear, Esq.

Associate

Michael Spear is an associate with the firm, a trial attorney and the son of the founding partner, Rand Spear.  At an early age, Mr. Spear expressed his desire to follow in his father’s footsteps.  Before he became a lawyer, he attended Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken, New Jersey, where he was named captain of the high school football team.  Throughout high school, his commitment and hard work led to success both on and off the football field.  As a result, he was recruited to play Division 1 football at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.  After graduating from Bucknell, he attended Widener University Delaware Law School, where he made the Dean’s List.  Currently, Mr. Spear is an active member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and a strong supporter of FOP Lodge 5.

Like most attorneys, Mr. Spear has achieved academic success.  However, his personal touch is his tenacity in the courtroom, which was inspired by years of athletic success.  Further, he comes to the firm with a strong and valuable familiarity with personal injury litigation, resulting from his father’s years of mentorship.  Despite being under thirty years of age, he has the fight and legal knowledge of a more seasoned attorney. Accordingly, he vigorously represents his clients through every aspect of litigation, including deposition, arbitration and trial.  His commitment and hard work has led to large settlement and awards for his clients.  Equally as important, he works hard every day to assure that all of the firm’s clients are comfortable and satisfied with their representation.

In his free time, Mr. Spear enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
