Timothy J. Domis, Esq.
Associate
Timothy J. Domis is an associate and trial attorney with the firm. Mr. Domis grew up the son of parents who worked in the real estate business. With this background, he initially planned on practicing law handling real estate transactions. However, an internship with the now-retired Judge Richard B. Klein and other notable experiences during law school prompted him to pursue a path advocating for clients inside the courtroom.
Throughout his legal career, Mr. Domis has focused his practice on representing people who are facing the imposing budget and resources of a large corporate entity. Before joining the firm, he gained valuable experience representing people in a wide variety of litigation, from representing shareholders in class action litigation to representing people facing debt collection. Practicing personal injury law provides no exception to this “David vs. Goliath” story. Since joining the firm, he has handled every aspect of a client’s case, from inception all the way up through resolution. Realizing his goal of representing clients inside the courtroom, Mr. Domis is routinely in court, including trying cases in front of juries in all of the surrounding counties.
Mr. Domis is originally from California. Before moving to Philadelphia, he spent several years working in the movie business for Paramount Pictures. He ended up meeting his wife on the very first day he moved to Philadelphia. During his free time, Mr. Domis enjoys spending time with his wife and four small children, running and watching Eagles, Sixers and Phillies games.
