Car Accident Injuries in New Jersey
New Jersey saw roughly 61,000 injuries resulting from car accidents in just one recent year. Unfortunately, the lion’s share of these injury-causing wrecks occurred in Essex County, followed closely by Bergen and Passaic. Even worse, throughout 2018, about 560 people died in car accidents in New Jersey.
Anyone who has been in a significant car accident knows how terrifying it can be, especially if you have been seriously hurt. Accidents happen in a flash, but the victims and their family members affected by these incidents will suffer the consequences for the rest of their lives. Following a serious accident, victims are often hospitalized for weeks or even months and occasionally struggle to get the adequate medical attention they need to recover. The mental, financial, and physical consequences of a car accident are incomparable.
Regrettably, insurance companies frequently force victims to make hasty and ill-advised decisions that will have a detrimental impact on their emotional, physical, and financial well-being.
