Flourtown, PA (April 25, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a serious car accident that took place at an intersection in Flourtown on Monday afternoon, April 25.
According to local officials, the accident happened around 4:46 p.m. at the intersection of PA-309 and Paper Mill Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when one or more lost control, causing the vehicles to collide with each other. The involved vehicles were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were dispatched to the scene to help. One or more victims were injured as a result of the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
Due to the severity of the accident, a portion of the roadway was blocked at the intersection. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
