Green Lane, PA (May 2, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a car accident that took place at an intersection in Green Lane on Monday evening, May 2.
According to Montgomery County officials, the accident happened around 5:50 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Upper Ridge Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not known at this time.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked at the intersection for an extended period of time.
