Holmesburg, PA (December 23, 2022) – On December 23, at 1:20 p.m. in the Holmesburg region, many vehicles collided, resulting in potential injuries to both drivers and passengers.
According to the investigation conducted by the Holmesburg Police Department, the accident happened near the Academy Road exit on I-95 southbound. Due to unknown causes, two merging cars collided, severely damaging both vehicles.
A handful of fire rescue teams, EMTs, and other types of first responders were sent to the area to aid the injured. There was at least one injury as a result of the event; however, details on the nature and extent of that injury and the victim’s current condition are still unclear.
