Souderton, PA (February 16, 2022) – On Wednesday, February 16, a car accident took place at an intersection in Souderton that led to injuries.
According to Philadelphia officials, the accident happened around 12:40 p.m. at the intersection of Cowpath Road and Reliance Road. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident sustained severe damages as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other Souderton responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hurt as a result of the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
