Pennsylvania Rate of Traffic Accidents
Each year, an average of more than 60,000 individuals are injured in car accidents in Pennsylvania. This is a fact that many people in the state and abroad must face. Many of the victims are left permanently disabled and unable to work, rendering them unable to go about their everyday lives for a considerable amount of time.
In the days and weeks after a car accident, those who have been injured may feel anxious and have many concerns, particularly if it was their first accident. Can you advise me on how to improve my financial situation? How and when do I inform my insurance company that the other party’s insurance company has contacted me? Can you give me some pointers on how to respond if the negligent motorist or their insurance company contacts me?
