Attorney Nicholas C. Kapsimalis, Esq.
Nicholas C. Kapsimalis prides himself on helping others, both inside and outside the courtroom. Every year, he volunteers at charity events and also serves on the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity Alumni Corporation Board at Drexel University, his alma mater.
Nicholas obtained his Bachelor Degree in History from Drexel University. During his undergraduate studies, he first became introduced to the legal system by serving as a legal intern for the Office of Attorney General in Philadelphia. Nicholas’s interest in law compelled him to earn his Juris Doctorate from Widener University, Delaware Law School. While a student in law school, he served as a legal assistant in a boutique law firm in Philadelphia, where he gained experience in assisting small businesses.
Following law school, Nicholas began his legal career in a creditors’ rights firm. Following his time at the creditors’ rights firm, he joined the team at Spear Greenfield.
In his personal time, Nicholas is an avid runner and regularly runs throughout the city of Philadelphia, from the banks of the Schuylkill River to the steps of the Art Museum. When he is not out running, Nicholas loves traveling and adding more stamps to his passport.
