Bensalem, PA (February 18, 2023) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle crash on a major roadway in Bensalem on Saturday, February 18.
Local officials reported that the accident happened at 10:50 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-95 around the Academy Road and Linden Avenue area. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when one or more lost control, causing the vehicles to collide with each other. The involved vehicles were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
