Bus Accidents in Pennsylvania
Between the years 2005 and 2009, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration reported that approximately 5.6% of fatal accidents involved buses. Unfortunately, bus accidents continue to happen due to a wide array of reasons every year. Some of the most common include:
• Bus drivers driving fatigued
• Equipment failure on the bus
