Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
After being injured in an auto accident, it is essential that your attorney begin their investigation as quickly as possible. Eyewitnesses need to be questioned, photos of the scene and vehicle must be taken, and other evidence has to be collected. The more time you let lapse, the harder it will be to track down vital proof, like surveillance videos from nearby stores, that will help your case.
Your insurance company can, and will, devalue or undervalue your no-fault benefits without your knowledge. Pennsylvania has strict deadlines for filing both insurance and personal injury claims. If you miss any of these deadlines, your case will be dismissed and you will not be allowed to re-file. This means you will not be able to collect compensation for your losses.
