44-year-old male with limited tort insurance involved in an intersectional accident with defendant. Plaintiff sustained injuries including low back injury with nerve damage and fluid in his ankle. Defendant argued plaintiff was at fault and that his injuries were not serious. No offer was ever made to plaintiff.

A verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $300,000.00.

32 year old male was involved in an intersectional motor vehicle accident. Plaintiff had an extensive criminal background, but was alleging the defendant was at fault in causing the accident by running a red light. Plaintiff sustained herniated discs as a result of the accident. There was no offer made.
