44-year-old male with limited tort insurance involved in an intersectional accident with defendant. Plaintiff sustained injuries including low back injury with nerve damage and fluid in his ankle. Defendant argued plaintiff was at fault and that his injuries were not serious. No offer was ever made to plaintiff.

32 year old male was involved in an intersectional motor vehicle accident. Plaintiff had an extensive criminal background, but was alleging the defendant was at fault in causing the accident by running a red light. Plaintiff sustained herniated discs as a result of the accident. There was no offer made.

45 year old male was riding his bike when he was hit by an uninsured vehicle that was fleeing from police. Plaintiff sued both the fleeing suspect and the city police department. Plaintiff sustained permanent and disfiguring injuries to several parts of his body.

34-year-old male was standing along side a parked vehicle when he was side swiped by defendant’s vehicle. Plaintiff sued the driver of the vehicle because of neck, back and shoulders injuries. No offer was ever made to plaintiff in the case. Defendant argued plaintiff was responsible for accident.
