Just before the Commodore Barry Bridge exit at roughly 3:00 a.m., police said the officers were conducting a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation on southbound I-95. Pennsylvania State Police are presently looking into the incident.
Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families. We hope for their full recovery.
