Dirt Bike Accidents in New Jersey
Motorcycle accidents and dirt bike accidents are very unique in their own ways but also share some of the same qualities. In 2018 alone, it was determined that approximately 53 people were killed in fatal motorcycle accidents throughout the state of New Jersey. These accidents tend to be some of the most catastrophic accidents. This is due to the fact that dirt bike riders and motorcyclists have no protection from harm in the event of an accident. If you have been seriously injured in one of these accidents, you may be feeling alone and confused. This is why you should speak with an attorney that you can trust in your time of need.
Being hurt in a dirt bike accident can have a huge and lasting impact on every aspect of your life. This is especially true knowing that many serious injuries result from these accidents, including some of the following:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Organ damage
- Fractures
- Road rash
These injuries tend to land victims in the hospital for days, weeks, or even months at a time. On top of this, they can cause you to miss out on time at work and your favorite daily activities. This is why you should have the help of a Chesterfield Township personal injury lawyer as you move forward with a claim.
