Conshohocken, PA (September 25, 2022) – A multiple-vehicle crash occurred on a route in the Conshohocken area on Sunday evening, September 25th, possibly hurting several drivers and passengers.
The Conshohocken Police Department reports that at 11:50 p.m. on Interstate 76 between Interstate 476 and Gulph Mills, an incident happened.
As a result of the collision, both automobiles were severely damaged and had to be hauled away.
The Conshohocken Fire Department and the Conshohocken Emergency Medical Services, among others, responded to the scene. The police have not confirmed the identity of the victims or the extent of their injuries, but they believe two or three persons were hurt and taken to local hospitals.
Traffic was backed up for approximately an hour as police investigated the scene of the accident. Officials in Conshohocken and Philadelphia have begun investigating the incident to determine what led to the crash.
