Fatal Auto Accidents in Pennsylvania
Studies and data gathered over the course of the preceding year show that head-on collisions, T-bone collisions, and rear-end crashes are the three most common forms of automobile accidents in the state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvanian drivers should be especially cautious since the state records over 20,000 accidents annually involving several cars.
Rear-end collisions often occur because of reckless driving. The vast majority of rear-end incidents in Pennsylvania are caused by careless drivers who disregard traffic signals. In addition, finding culpability in a car crash may be very easy most of the time, but it may be rather difficult at other times.
In a rear-end accident, your injuries will be proportional to the other driver’s speed. Most rear-end crashes occur when one driver suddenly applies the brakes, causing the car behind them to slam into them.
The person who rear-ended you and seriously wounded you should pay for your medical bills and lost wages if they were not at fault.
After a vehicle accident leaves a policyholder disabled, the insurer may fight to pay for necessary care or damages for lost wages and future potential.
