Bus Accidents in New Jersey
Bus accidents are not as common as most other collisions that happen on our roads in New Jersey. However, they are capable of causing extensive harm in the event of an accident. This is due to the fact that buses are much larger than many other modes of transportation that navigate our roads. In one year’s time throughout the entire U.S., approximately 60,000 bus accidents take place. Though some of these accidents are minor and do not lead to injuries, others are severe and life-threatening in nature. If your life has been physically altered due to a bus accident caused by another party, you have options. It is important that you seek the help of an attorney as soon as possible following your collision.
Nobody is ever fully prepared to face the aftermath of a bus accident on their own. You may be left with a wide array of questions after one of these collisions that only a skilled and experienced attorney will be able to answer. For instance, what evidence is necessary to prove that a bus driver or bus company is liable for your accident? What deadlines will you be required to meet as you bring a claim? Will your case be settled or will it make it all the way to trial? These are questions that you can answer with the assistance of a Lawrence personal injury lawyer on your side.
