Bus Accidents in New Jersey
In several year’s time, it was estimated that approximately 173 people sustained serious injuries in bus accidents in the state of New Jersey. Because bus drivers are taking children from one place to another, they are expected to be especially careful when traveling. Buses are known for being common carriers. This means that drivers are expected to get passengers from point A to point B as carefully as possible. They are offering a service and, in return, a passenger gets safely to their destination. If you have been hurt in a bus-related collision, you may be feeling helpless and alone. It is imperative that you speak with an attorney who has your best interests in mind during these difficult times.
Many people who have sustained injuries in bus-related accidents will be left with a wide array of questions. This is normal, because bus accident claims are unlike other claims that injured victims will typically face. Many parties could actually be at fault for a bus accident, including some of the following:
- Bus drivers
- Bus companies
- Manufacturer of bus parts
- Government entities
If you have been hurt in a bus accident and know that another party is to blame, you should be prepared to speak with a skilled Middle Township personal injury attorney.
