Fatal Vehicle Wrecks in Philadelphia
Fatal motor vehicle accidents in Pennsylvania take the lives of more than 1,100 people annually. These accidents continue to take place despite the number of laws that we have in place to protect motorists. A significant number of these accidents take place as a result of drivers who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Operating a vehicle while impaired can significantly impact the driver’s ability to maintain control over it and to make responsible decisions.
When victims lose their lives as a result of accidents involving drunk drivers, their families are often able to take legal action. Pursuing a wrongful death claim against the responsible driver can provide families with the financial resources that they need to cover funeral arrangements, burial expenses, and more. If your family member has died as a result of a fatal accident, you must seek legal assistance right away from a Philadelphia wrongful death lawyer. Waiting can jeopardize your chances of making a full recovery.
