Fatal Car Accidents in Philadelphia
There were 35,766 people killed in motor vehicle collisions in the United States in one recent year alone, and the rate of car accidents across Pennsylvania follows a similarly grim pattern. Large trucks, small automobiles, motorbikes, bicycles, and even pedestrians might all be involved in a single auto collision. Collisions between vehicles, objects, or people are a common cause of car accidents.
Unfortunately, some vehicles can flip over because the driver swerved to avoid an animal or other object on the road. There are legal safeguards in place that may allow you to submit an injury claim after a car accident, regardless of who was at fault.
Adding insult to injury, if a policyholder becomes incapacitated as a result of an auto accident, the insurance company may attempt to avoid paying for long-term care or compensation for lost income and loss of future earning capacity.
Every day, crashes involving motor vehicles are among the leading causes of injury. Until it really occurs to them, most people choose to ignore the possibility that they could be affected. Then, when medical expenses and lost earnings mount from car accident injuries, it quickly becomes devastating.
You need a vehicle accident lawyer with seasoned experience with a track record of getting clients like you a fair settlement.
