Philadelphia, PA (March 6, 2024) – A hit-and-run crash that resulted in a person’s injuries occurred on Monday evening, per officers with the Philadelphia Police.
The crash occurred on Monday along Chestnut Street. The driver of a truck fled the scene eastbound on Chestnut Street after hitting the victim. Investigators found the truck abandoned a short time later and are still seeking the driver in the interim. The victim was transported to a local hospital, but details on their current condition remain unclear. Witnesses were asked to step forward to aid the police in their investigation.
