46-year-old married male was working in a warehouse when the forks of a forklift struck him. Plaintiff’s counsel was able to establish the brakes failed because of the negligent maintenance of the forklift. Plaintiff sustained serious injuries that included an aggravation of a left hip condition that required surgery, and lower back disc herniations.
