John J. Later is an associate at Spear Greenfield, where he represents individuals in personal injury matters in Philadelphia. He is dedicated to helping injured clients pursue justice and recover compensation for injuries caused by negligence.
John’s legal experience has focused on advocating for individuals and families navigating complex legal and insurance matters. Prior to law school, John worked as a paralegal at an insurance law firm, focusing on assisting families seeking recovery of life insurance death benefits that had been wrongfully denied. During law school, John gained experience working on catastrophic injury matters involving serious and life-altering injuries. Additionally, John was an active member of Delaware Law School’s Moot Court Honor Society.
