Pennsylvania Injury Auto Accidents

Automobile accidents are the most significant contributor to hospitalizations in Pennsylvania. Throughout the Commonwealth, no matter the location, these incidents can happen in the blink of an eye.

However, highly-populated locales and metropolitan cities are among the most common areas for serious traffic accidents. Unfortunately, tens of thousands of individuals are hurt in avoidable vehicle accidents across our state. In fact, approximately 12,190 car wrecks happened in Philadelphia County in 2016 alone.

Car accidents may have a huge influence on your life, leaving you with physical pain and ongoing health problems and preventing you from working, paying bills on time, and more. You may be wondering where you should turn while you struggle to recover and strive to get back on your feet.

Regrettably, the lion’s share of serious auto accidents is primarily caused by negligence. If you have been injured in an automobile accident, you should seek the advice of a Philadelphia car accident lawyer who can assist you in proving fault. If you wish to win a claim, you must demonstrate the following factors:

  • A duty of care was owed by the motorist who caused the collision
  • The motorist was negligent or reckless in their actions
  • Therefore, the incident was caused by this driver’s violation of their duty of care
  • Finally, injuries and other losses resulted from the collision

At all times, drivers have the responsibility and obligation to observe the rules of the road. When they don’t, victims may be able to proceed with a claim if they can demonstrate that another party was to blame for an accident.
