Bus Accidents in Pennsylvania
In recent years, Philadelphia and communities across Pennsylvania have seen a troubling rise in serious accidents involving large trucks and buses. Data show that injuries linked to commercial vehicle crashes in the state have increased by nearly 51% over the past decade. These collisions frequently result in catastrophic injuries or fatalities, especially when passenger vehicles are involved.
Victims of bus and truck accidents often face life-changing consequences, from extended hospitalizations and surgeries to long-term rehabilitation and emotional trauma. Families who lose a loved one in such a tragedy are left grappling with grief, confusion, and the financial strain of unexpected medical bills and funeral costs. Unfortunately, commercial vehicle operators and their insurers are often backed by powerful legal teams whose priority is minimizing liability—not protecting victims.
In the aftermath of a devastating crash, pursuing legal action can help ensure that the responsible parties are held accountable. A dedicated bus and truck accident attorney can investigate the cause of the collision, identify all liable parties, and guide victims or grieving families through Pennsylvania’s complex personal injury and wrongful death claims process. By taking action, victims may be able to recover compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.
