Philadelphia, PA (January 30, 2026) – A tragic series of crashes on Roosevelt Boulevard on Friday, January 30, left one man dead and another fighting for his life, according to police. The fatal incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on the southbound side of Roosevelt Boulevard near Wingohocking Street.

Medics pronounced the 55-year-old man dead at the scene at approximately 3:38 a.m. The 31-year-old man suffered multiple injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Authorities said he remains in extremely critical condition.
