Motorcycle Accident Deaths in Pennsylvania
In Pennsylvania, motorcycle accidents consistently rank among the state’s worst types of traffic incidents. And needless to say, these collisions are especially dangerous when they take place on main thoroughfares in densely-populated areas like Philadelphia.
The ramifications of these motorcycle accidents are, all too often, devastating. In point of fact, motorcycle accidents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have 25 to 30 times the fatality rate of other types of motor vehicle collisions, according to recent NHTSA studies.
What’s more, one of the trickiest things a rider must do after an accident is to prove that the other party was at fault. You may find that an insurance provider will do everything in its power to reduce your claim, and the settlement such a company offers you will typically be well below what you are really owed.
Regrettably, you may feel like you have to do everything on your own while coping with an accident’s aftermath. From negotiations with third parties, including insurance companies, to managing mounting financial burdens, victims and their families may feel hopeless and unsure of where to turn after an accident.
