The Philadelphia Police Department continues to investigate the cause of this car accident in Center City.
We wish all three injured individuals a full and speedy recovery.
Car Accidents in Pennsylvania
Car accidents in Pennsylvania remain one of the most common causes of injury across the state. Intersections in Philadelphia can be particularly dangerous during the morning rush when visibility, congestion, and driver distraction increase the risk of collisions.
Even at lower speeds, intersection crashes can lead to painful injuries such as:
- Whiplash and neck injuries from the sudden force of impact
- Head and brain trauma, including concussions
- Back and spinal injuries that cause lasting pain or mobility issues
- Fractures and broken bones from airbag deployment or side impacts
- Internal injuries from seatbelt pressure or steering wheel impact
Victims of these accidents often face costly medical bills, lost income, and emotional distress. When another driver’s negligence causes harm, victims have the right to seek compensation for their losses with the help of an experienced car accident lawyer in Philadelphia.
A skilled attorney can investigate the crash, negotiate with insurance companies, and ensure victims receive fair compensation for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and property damage. Legal support is especially important in cases involving government or law enforcement vehicles, where liability may be more complex.
