Philadelphia, PA (December 30, 2022) – A traffic accident took place in the only area that resulted in injuries for multiple people. The crash was reported just before 5:30 a.m. on December 30.
According to reports from the Philadelphia Police Department, a collision between vehicles occurred in the area of 4918 North 5th Street. The incident blocked the road, causing delays in the area.
Two people became trapped inside of their vehicle. Firefighters were requested on-site to remove the trapped victim. Both victims were removed by responding firefighters.
Three people in total, one police officer and two adult females, were injured. All three victims were treated by medics at the scene and transported to local hospitals.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
