9 year old male was using the moon bounce at a block party when an uninsured motorist, who was convicted of DUI among other charges, drove through the block party and struck the moon bounce. Plaintiff suffered liver laceration, right scapular fracture, left fourth & fifth phalanx fractures, left sacral ala fracture, bilateral pubic rami fractures and rib fractures.
