Motorcycle Accident Injuries in Pennsylvania
Motorcycle accidents are notorious for being among the most deadly in Pennsylvania. These collisions are extremely dangerous when they occur on major highways and in big cities like Philadelphia.
These motorcycle collisions can have serious, even life-threatening, consequences. In fact, a recent report by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) confirmed that motorcycle collisions are approximately 25 to 30 times more likely to kill victims. If you or someone you know has been affected by a motorcycle accident, you should speak with an attorney immediately.
Proving that another party is responsible for your accident is one of the most difficult hurdles a rider will face in the aftermath. Insurance companies will do everything possible to minimize your claim and provide you with far less than you deserve. As you deal with the aftermath of a crash on your own, you may feel alone. Fortunately, you have viable legal alternatives when you pursue a motorcycle accident claim.
