Bristol, PA (January 12, 2022) – On the afternoon of Wednesday, January 12, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Bristol.
Bucks County Police confirmed that the accident happened at 3 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-295 around the area of PA-413. Several vehicles were allegedly traveling in the area when one or more lost control, causing the vehicles to collide with each other. The involved vehicles were extensively damaged and had to be towed away from the scene.
Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
Due to the severity of the collision, a large portion of the roadway was blocked for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
