Traffic Accidents Resulting in Injuries Across Pennsylvania
Highways and large, well-traveled thoroughfares, especially those that run through the state’s bustling cities, are infamous for being among the most hazardous places in the country for major car accidents. On an annual schedule, there are far too many traffic disasters. Furthermore, experts predicted that by the end of 2020, traffic patterns meant that 107,500 multiple-driver crashes would take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Accidents like this may happen in the blink of an eye when drivers fail to respect traffic regulations or interact responsibly with the roads and streets around them. Furthermore, a number of circumstances, including driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), operating a vehicle while distracted by the phone or radio, and driving at dangerously high speeds, may all contribute to automobile accidents.
Every motorist has a legal duty to drive safely and to prevent endangering or hurting other drivers or bystanders while driving a vehicle. This criterion is not met by all drivers. When individuals drive carelessly, they risk causing major accidents for other road users. There may be serious physical, emotional, and financial consequences. While you may be reluctant to pursue legal action, it is critical to at least discuss or evaluate your case with an experienced automobile accident attorney in most cases.
