Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family in hopes of a full recovery.
Motorcycle Accidents in New Jersey
Motorcycle accidents are some of the most devastating events on New Jersey roads. This is mostly due to the fact that motorcyclists have no protection from harm in the event of an accident involving any type of large vehicle. In 2017, it was reported that approximately 84 people were killed in fatal motorcycle accidents and many others sustained life-altering and catastrophic injuries. Drivers are expected to be aware of what is happening on the roads around them at all times so motorcycle accidents can be prevented as much as possible. If you have been hurt in a motorcycle accident that was caused by another driver, you should always have the experienced help of a legal advocate on your side.
It is never easy to get back on your feet after a motorcycle accident has caused serious injuries. Because of this, you should always have the assistance of a Hamilton Township motorcycle accident attorney on your side. This is especially true if you have sustained severe injuries including the following:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Organ damage
- Fractures
- Paralysis
- Road rash
What stands at the center of every accident claim is police accurately reporting on an accident and what witnesses have to say. Luckily, with the help of a Hamilton Township personal injury lawyer on your side, you can move forward knowing that your rights are being protected.
