Multi-Vehicle Accidents in Philadelphia
In 2020, there were 10,110 car accidents in Philadelphia County, as reported by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (the highest level of any county in the Commonwealth). Even worse, Philadelphia County has around 29 to 30 car accidents every day, and the region reported well over 10,000 accidents with multiple drivers during the last year alone.
Philadelphia has one of the highest death rates per 100,000 due to car accidents out of any major United States city. Needless to say, one of the most distressing things a person may go through is being involved in an accident, which may leave emotional scars that never fully heal. If you were involved in a vehicle crash that wasn’t your fault but was nonetheless caused by another driver’s negligence or inattention, the consequences are even more difficult to shoulder.
