Multi-Vehicle Accidents in New Jersey
Every single day, there are hundreds of vehicle accidents that take place in the state of New Jersey. The majority of these occurrences involve minor collisions or “fender benders,” but some of the injuries sustained may be severe. In 2019, around 59,500 persons were injured as a result of motor vehicle collisions in the state of New Jersey.
Accidents may occur anywhere at any time, but they are more likely to happen on main thoroughfares. Your life might be turned upside down instantly if you were involved in an unforeseen car accident. In addition, they may be able to assist you in gathering evidence to support your claim, including evidence to show that the following occurred:
- Another motorist has a responsibility to you and other motorists to drive safely.
- The driver has violated this responsibility or “duty of care.”
- The accident occurred due to the carelessness of the driver in question.
- You suffered injuries and other damages or losses directly due to the accident.
