Deadly Vehicle Crashes in Pennsylvania
The latest research and statistics from Commonwealth traffic analysts show that head-on collisions, T-bone crashes, and rear-end wrecks are the most common forms of vehicle accidents in Pennsylvania, and they frequently result in serious injuries or even fatalities. As these grim statistics show, drivers in our state need to be extra cautious since Pennsylvania averages over 20,000 accidents involving multiple vehicles yearly.
Most rear-end incidents in Pennsylvania are caused by drivers who are careless and reckless and who ignore traffic signals. What’s more, identifying who was to blame in a car crash may be simple most of the time, but it may be far more complicated than you’d think otherwise. And, like in a rear-end accident, a head-on collision means that your injuries will be proportional to the other driver’s speed.
The person who rear-ended you and seriously wounded you should pay for your medical bills and lost wages if you were not at fault. Unfortunately and unfairly, after a vehicle accident leaves a policyholder with several damages, the insurer may fight against claims for long-term care expenses and reimbursement for lost wages and future potential earnings all too often.
