Workplace Injuries in New Jersey

Ocean Gate, NJ - Worker Trapped, Injured When Wall Collapses on E. Riviera Ave

New Jersey sees more than its fair share of workplace accidents. Although these accidents can often be avoided, they continue to happen year after year due to basic negligence. It was reported that, in 2020, more than 80 people were killed in fatal workplace accidents throughout New Jersey. In addition to this, several thousand victims sustained severe injuries. Even though a workplace injury can happen anytime, anywhere, accidents on construction sites occur the most frequently and are the most serious.

Trench and structure collapses are very likely to end with fatalities but sometimes they cause catastrophic injuries instead. If you have been injured in a construction site accident or another job site-related accident, we strongly urge you to seek the assistance of a New Jersey personal injury lawyer.
