Car Accidents in Pennsylvania
Car accidents happen in the blink of an eye throughout Pennsylvania, some of which are more severe than others. These accidents take on many forms but some of the most catastrophic are rollovers. In one recent year, over 2% of car accidents were deemed rollovers in the U.S. This may seem like a small percentage out of the hundreds of thousands of car accidents that happen every year within the state. However, many people actually suffer from injuries in these accidents, which are known for being some of the most catastrophic on our roads. If your life has been turned upside-down due to a car accident, you should have the assistance of an attorney on your side.
In almost all cases, a driving error is to blame for a car accident. If you have sustained injuries in a collision, a Philadelphia car accident attorney can be extremely beneficial. This is due to the fact that it is not always easy to prove that another party is at fault for your accident. You will have to prove some of the following aspects:
- The driver owed you and others a duty of care on our roads
- The driver breached this duty of care through their negligent acts
- The breach of duty led to the accident
- The accident led to injuries and other damages
You should seek the immediate help of a Philadelphia personal injury attorney so that you can get started on your claim.
