Philadelphia, PA (April 20, 2023) – On Thursday morning, April 20, Philadelphia Police recorded victim injuries following a car accident on a major local highway.
Multiple vehicles collided on the Vine Street Expressway entrance ramp from northbound I-95, and Pennsylvania State Police responded to the site. The incident occurred on Thursday morning shortly after 9:00 a.m.
Workers clearing the accident caused major traffic delays in the area. At the incident scene, at least three vehicles were seriously damaged, including one that had flipped over, and several people were reported injured.
Authorities have not yet determined the causes of the crash. EMTs were spotted taking accident victims to a local hospital, but officials haven’t released additional information about their conditions in the interim.
