Philadelphia, PA (September 29, 2022) – A school bus was involved in an accident with a number of other cars on Thursday morning, September 29th, in the Manayunk area of Philadelphia.
Around 9:30 a.m., the crash occurred in the 100 block of Green Lane.
A local news source’s video footage showed a small bus stopped at the scene and at least two other damaged vehicles.
According to a School District of Philadelphia spokesperson, the bus was carrying eight children to Dobson Elementary School at the time.
Although no serious injuries were reported, one student was taken to the hospital as a precaution, according to the district.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known, though Philadelphia Police Department officers say they are still investigating at this time.
