Truck Accidents in Pennsylvania
Tractor-trailers are some of the largest vehicles on our roads in Pennsylvania, which means that they are capable of causing some of the most extensive damage in the event of an accident. This is especially true in accidents where smaller vehicles are involved. In 2015, PennDOT research noted that most truck crashes were caused by driver error and unsecured loads on trailers. Thousands of truck-related accidents happen throughout the state of Pennsylvania every year, with the largest percentage of these accidents happening in major cities. If you have sustained injuries in a truck accident caused by another party, it is essential that you speak with an attorney that you can rely on.
Following a truck crash, it is never easy to determine where you should turn. When you have received medical attention, it is imperative that you speak with a Philadelphia truck accident lawyer who has your best interests in mind. An attorney will work to preserve evidence and help you move forward during these difficult times. Truck accident claims can become highly complex. One of the reasons is that these claims can involve multiple at-fault parties, including the following:
- Truck drivers
- Trucking companies
- Manufacturers
- Cargo loaders
If you have been hurt in a truck accident and know that another party is to blame, you should speak with a dedicated and knowledgeable Philadelphia personal injury lawyer.
