Truck Accidents in Pennsylvania
Truck accidents happen every single day in the U.S. and Pennsylvania is no stranger to these horrific accidents. In 2019, it was estimated that approximately 159,000 people were injured throughout 538,000 truck-related accidents in the country. The truth is, many of these accidents are preventable but continue to happen due to the recklessness of others. Because truck drivers tend to spend a lot of time on our roads, they are more likely to cause an accident by distracted driving, falling asleep at the wheel, or other similar causes. If you have sustained injuries in a truck accident, you have options moving forward.
The aftermath of a truck accident can affect your life in many ways, which is why you should speak with a Red Lion truck accident lawyer who has your best interests in mind. These accident claims can be far too complex to handle on your own due to the regulations that truck drivers are expected to follow. On top of this, several different parties could be at fault for your collision. These include some of the following:
• Truck drivers
• Trucking companies
• Manufacturers
• Cargo loaders
Those who have sustained injuries in a truck accident should know that they have many options during these difficult times. You should be prepared to seek the help of a Red Lion personal injury attorney as soon as possible after an accident.
