Ardmore, PA (March 16, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a car crash that took place at an intersection in Ardmore on Wednesday evening, March 16.
According to Philadelphia officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Wynnewood Road and Spring Avenue around 5:15 p.m. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding forcefully with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the collision. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their identities and conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
