Bethlehem, PA (May 15, 2026) – Three people suffered injuries Thursday afternoon, May 14, after a two-vehicle crash on New Street in Bethlehem that left one vehicle on fire and knocked down a utility pole.
According to police, the accident happened around 12:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of New Street. Investigators said two vehicles collided along the roadway before one of the cars caught fire after the impact.
Authorities reported that the driver inside the burning vehicle became trapped following the crash. Emergency crews worked to remove the driver from the car while firefighters controlled the flames. Two other people riding in the second vehicle also suffered injuries during the collision.
